The Hammermax Series Hammer Mills are among the heaviest-duty machines in their class, built for demanding industrial grinding applications. Each unit is proudly made in the USA using heavy-duty bearings, a grid coupling, and durable grinding wear plates designed to support increased grinding capacity.

The HMX400 Hammer Mill features a large 40” x 44” grinding chamber and is rated for motors from 200 to 400 HP. It can be configured for either coarse or fine grinding depending on the application and processing requirements.

The HMX400 is part of CME’s complete line of industrial hammer mills designed for reliable size reduction in demanding processing environments.
