Reliable Ring Die Pelleting for Pilot to Production Applications
The R50 Pellet Mill is an economical pilot-to-production scale ring die pellet mill designed with a simple and reliable belt-drive system. Capable of producing 500 to 2,500 lbs per hour depending on the material, the R50 provides dependable performance for a wide range of pelletizing applications.
The unit is equipped with a 50 HP drive and includes a stainless steel door, gravity feed chute, one set of rolls, and one adjustable cut-off knife. Optional configurations for the R50 include a stainless steel feeder, stainless steel conditioner with adjustable paddles, force feeder, and additional die options.
The R50 supports a wide range of pelleting applications including biomass, feed, fertilizer, and alfalfa, along with various agricultural byproducts, meals, organic materials, and other pelletizable materials depending on configuration and die selection.
The R50 is part of CME’s complete line of pelletizing equipment designed to support a wide range of pellet production systems.
