The Superbin Bag Filler Station from Colorado Mill Equipment is designed for efficiently and accurately filling paper, woven, or poly bags, as well as super sacks, bulk bags, and FIBC bags. This flexible filling station helps streamline packaging operations for facilities handling pellets, grains, and other free-flowing materials.
The system combines the BIN Bagging Bin Hopper with the BSM open-mouth manual bag scale, creating a dependable bag filling solution for a variety of bulk packaging needs. The BIN hopper includes a bag scale mount, level sight glass, and telescoping legs, with a capacity of 80 cubic feet (approximately 2 tons of pellets or grain).
The BSM bag scale fills and weighs product directly into bags ranging from 15 to 125 lbs, supporting accurate and consistent packaging. The Superbin integrates easily within bagging systems to support efficient material handling and packaging operations.
Common applications include filling wood pellets, feed pellets, fertilizer pellets, corn, grains, mash feed, plastic pellets, sand, and other free-flowing products.
