The R200 Pellet Machine from Colorado Mill Equipment’s Millennium Series is a powerful full-scale production unit designed with one of the highest horsepower-to-surface-area ratios in its class. Built for demanding pelleting operations, the R200 delivers reliable performance across a wide range of materials.
The unit can produce 3,000 to 24,000 lbs of pellets per hour, depending on the raw material being processed. Rated for up to 200 HP, the R200 is well suited for applications including animal feed, plastics, fertilizer, and demanding production environments such as wood and grilling pellet manufacturing.
Common applications include wood pellets, biomass, feed, fertilizer, hay, and alfalfa, along with a variety of agricultural byproducts, organic materials, and other pelletizable materials depending on configuration.
