Efficient Pellet Cooling for Mid-Scale Production
The C6 Pellet Cooler is designed to cool pellets at production rates of up to 6 tons per hour, depending on pellet size, density, temperature, and material composition. The unit includes a 1400 x 1400 mm variable swing discharge grid with an estimated dwell time of 10 to 15 minutes, allowing pellets to stabilize before downstream handling.
Optional equipment includes air systems, rotary airlocks, and screeners to support controlled material flow and system integration. The C6 works alongside CME’s pelletizing equipment to support efficient pellet production and processing systems.
Common applications include cooling pellets, plastics, roasted grains, cubes, and expeller-pressed meals.
