High-Capacity Pellet Cooling for Continuous Production
The C24 Pellet Cooler is designed to efficiently cool pellets at production rates of 10 to 24 tons per hour, depending on pellet or cube size, density, temperature, and material composition.
The unit includes a 2400 x 2400 mm cooling grid with an estimated dwell time of 10 to 15 minutes, allowing pellets to stabilize before downstream handling or packaging. The system shown features an optional top-installed rotary airlock and discharge bin for controlled material flow and improved system integration.
The C24 Pellet Cooler integrates easily with CME pelletizing systems to support efficient pellet production and material handling.
