Next Steps

• Upon submission and approval of this form, our team will promptly contact you with an approval notice and issue an invoice. 
• The testing fee for pellet testing starts at a minimum of $500, and includes 4 hours of testing.
• For a hammermill or crumbler tests only, a fee of $125 applies for two hours of testing.
• Additional testing hours will incur a charge of $125 per hour.
• The testing fee will be credited to your first equipment purchase .
